Little Nipper has had a honking cough for sometime now,all sorts of things have been tried to get rid of it,but to no avail. It got so bad a few days back,Mino took him off to the vets again. This time he had an xray, and it turns out he has a collapsed trachea. He has been put on medication, but it doesnt seem to be helping too much at the moment. It turns out Nipper is quite an elderly gentleman, and this can happen quite often with small elderly dogs.He is also quite portly, which is not good with his condition. So he is on a strict diet now,to help him lose a bit of weight.Weight reduction plays an important role in the relief of symptoms.

So we are hoping the medication will soon kick in and help him with his dreadful cough.Poor little boy.
