Our old, once feral cat, Nerone is very poorly. He has not eaten in four or five days and has lost loads of weight. He is constantly drooling and just looks so sad. We took him to the vet yesterday afternoon, who gave him an injection, and told us that hopefully it will make him feel better. The trouble with Nerone is, that despite being with us for almost six years, he will not let himself be handled. So it’s almost impossible for the vet to get close. We have to take him back in a week, and if he’s not improved, he will be sedated and closely investigated. I will keep you informed as to how he is doing!
